You don\u2019t need to submit these documents at the same time as your registration; as long as they are received before 14 February, your submission will be accepted. In the beginning of February, we will confirm the title, presentation type, and workshop choice you provided to ensure accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><br>OGSS 2025 offers on-site accommodation, encouraging participants to fully immerse themselves in a collaborative environment with fellow researchers. Room sharing will be arranged with PhD candidates of the same gender or, if preferred, with a participant of your choice. By registering, you automatically reserve a room for the duration of the event. If you have specific needs regarding room arrangements, shared facilities, or dietary requirements, please indicate these on your registration form or contact us in advance.
