The ICO Open Graduate Spring School in Blankenberge is just around the corner, and we&#8217;re busy putting the final touches in place. To make sure you&#8217;re fully prepared, here\u2019s a quick checklist of what to bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Besides your personal essentials, we recommend packing the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Your laptop and a power extension cord<\/strong> \u2013 because you never know where the nearest socket will be!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A printout of the programme book<\/strong> \u2013 unfortunately, we\u2019re unable to provide copies for everyone, so please bring your own.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Any handouts you need for your workshop<\/strong> \u2013 printing facilities on-site are very limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A HDMI adapter (if you&#8217;re using a MacBook)<\/strong> \u2013 to ensure you can connect to the projectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Any articles or papers you still need to read<\/strong> \u2013 perfect for some quiet study moments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A pen and some paper<\/strong> \u2013 sometimes, good old-fashioned note-taking is best!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sportswear, comfortable walking or running shoes, sunscreen, and rain gear<\/strong> \u2013 the social activities will take place whatever the weather!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A bank card or credit card<\/strong> \u2013 for extra drinks in the evening, the Wednesday trip, or the Thursday party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>One more thing!<\/strong> Due to a public transport strike, some of our attendees may need a lift to Blankenberge. If you&#8217;re driving, please consider offering a ride.
