University of Twente
Introduction: I am from Thessaloniki, Greece and I worked in Qatar, Macau SAR China, and Denmark before joining UT in 2020. Thessaloniki is the #1 city in Europe for bars and restaurants per capita and the only Greek city in UNESCO’s Cities of Gastronomy. So, I’ve learned to appreciate good food and I like that my career allowed me to try tastes from around the world! |
Research topics: I am a Computer Scientist designing and developing tools for Education for more than two decades. I have been working with conversational agents for more than 10 years and I like research that involves the use of innovative and emerging technologies in educational contexts. |
Current research interest: Our new conversational agent, Clair (Collaborative Learning Agent for Interactive Reasoning), has been very successful lately, appearing in different journals and conferences. You can read more about Clair here: https://clair.chat/ |
Tips & tricks: A PhD is a marathon, so endurance is more important than sprints. It is also a numbers game. Keep working, writing, and submitting, and the good results will eventually come. |
