Registration fees
All participation fees for the ICO Open Graduate Spring School (OGSS 2025) include a registration fee plus accommodation and board costs per night.
Since we expect all participants to stay on-site for the entire event, your accommodation booking is included in the registration process. If you have preferences for room sharing, please let us know in the comments section of your registration form! Accommodation consists of either double rooms with en-suite bathrooms or two double rooms sharing one bathroom. Depending on participant numbers and room availability, we may be able to offer a limited number of single rooms for an additional fee.
While we recommend staying for the full week to experience all that OGSS 2025 has to offer, part-time ICO PhD candidates and non-ICO participants may choose to attend for half the week: either from Monday, 17 March to Wednesday morning, 19 March (Part A), or from Wednesday afternoon, 19 March to Friday morning, 21 March (Part B). Please refer to the programme to see when you are expected to arrive or depart based on your selected schedule.

ICO PhD candidates:
- Participation fee: €0.00*
- Bed & board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, including social activities): €95.00 per night
- Total for full programme (4 nights): €380.00
- Total for half programme (2 nights): €190.00
(*ICO students pay an annual membership fee covering the full ICO Educational Programme, which includes OGSS 2025.)
Non-ICO PhD candidates:
- Participation fee (full programme, 4 nights): €300.00
- Participation fee (half programme, 2 nights): €175.00
- Bed & board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, including social activities): €95.00 per night
- Total for full programme (4 nights): €680.00
- Total for half programme (2 nights): €365.00
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a €25.00 administration fee. After the registration deadline of 14 February 2025, no refunds will be issued.
Insurance and Liability
We strongly advise all participants to arrange personal travel and cancellation insurance, as ICO cannot be held liable for any accidents or unforeseen events that may lead to the cancellation of OGSS 2025.
